The personal horses of K.d.h.t.

ATMF Illusion, Bailey, 27, 15’1hh

I acquired Bailey and her daughter from the owner of ATMF. She was shown minimally, but is here for a retirement home and to be a horse for the family. She has an incredible stride, looks 10 years younger than she is. She is the sweetest mare, follows you everywhere and will come from acres away to see you if you call.

Bailey is an English horse! She loves the kiddos, and given that she’s a morgan, she loves to trot! She is like riding an armchair, with natural balance which results in a balanced, not bouncy trot! She is easily my most comfortable horse.

Charlie, 15’2hh 20, hanging out in the shade after a lunge on the lines. more info on his training on the Lessons page.

Charlie is a western horse who knows how to ranch! Sorting cattle, opening fences, roping, he is unphased! He can be a bit hot, so walk trot only. he is a great trail horse for my novice partner. He goes mostly off of seat and leg, and loves a spin on the barrels.

ATMF California Dreamin’, ‘Brandy’, 16, 15’3hh

Brandy and Bailey are incredibly bonded, but Brandy is the boss despite being her daughter. Brandy is an incredible mare; Green, hot, very light in the bridle, highly sensitive. Incredible power comes from this mare, and it makes her my best horse.

She is for advanced riders only, with interest in saddle seat or hunt seat

Jo, 5, 16hh,

waiting for her classes to start at her first show. More information on the Lessons page.

Joy is great on the lunge lines for learning to post with her long legged stride.

She is a dressage horse, and is learning to jump. She is honest, sweet and very quiet for her age. She is treat trained, and will hopefully be starting training level dressage this spring.

GTR Nightcloud, 30, 14’2hh

first time in 28 years hooking to drive

Owned by Tami Zenoble

I have ridden cloud since I was 13. I have done everything under the sun on this horse, and he does it all with intensity of a horse half his age. These days hes on 60 acres, and brought out to keep the arthritis at bay.

He is a fantastic little kids horse, slow steady and unshakeable. With his old age, he has learned to adapt to the rider on him. If the rider is confident and balanced, he will stride out. If it is a wobbly, green rider, he takes small, slow steps. A once in a lifetime horse I get to share with you!
